Thanks for pointing out that we should consider the compliance of rules in our area, so we should check the regulations laid out by our local officials before having this project done. I will follow your advice and seek help from professionals to assist me if ever permits are needed. I just want to add another room on the first floor of our home and make it our sunroom that we could use for reading and relaxing under the sun.
